The Best Buy technician said that there was no way to fix the door because the threads were stripped inside the frame. It was under the Total Member warranty and is supposed to be replaced. However, it has been 30 days after the first technician came to my home, and I still do not have a new refrigerator despite numerous calls to Best Buy and a second visit by a Geek Squad technician. I am very disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy customer service.

I thought it would be a great idea but for some reason the ice tastes like plastic. I have been doing some inquires and people say it’s the plastic lining that is connected and I’m calling tomorrow to see what can be done. I thought since it’s new give it time and the taste should go away, it’s been over a month and nothing. I had everything professionally installed by Best Buy so I know it was done correctly and they were super helpful. I hope this issue can be resolved.
