I am entirely disappointed and so is my wife. And my dog is upset cuz it made his treats to get moldy. I tried to get them replacement I have the warranty for 3 months but they said I had to call Samsung and they couldn't service it until October 2nd. This is not satisfactory to me I'm disappointed with the Best Buy warranty
