I ordered the refrigerator and asked to have the door swap. First delivery guys flat out refused to install the refrigerator. Second delivery team a week later swapped the door hinge orientation for me, but there was an issue with the cable that powers all the lights in the refrigerator. I called Best Buy to remedy this, and they said they'd send someone to swap the door. Third installation team the next week came by and said they were here to swap the whole fridge, not the door. I wasn't prepared to swap the whole fridge out, so I scheduled YET AGAIN to make sure someone can come and swap the door. Fourth team came out, and again they were here to swap the refrigerator. I said fine, but asked about the door swap. These gentlemen were honest and told me they have had too many of these doors break on them during the swap, and refused to swap the hinge orientation. I was okay with this, but then needed to schedule a FIFTH trip with Geek Squad, who finally was able to swap the hinges orientation for me. The entire ordeal a month to rectify. So lesson here is: Great if you need the doors to open to the right, painful if you want to get the doors to open to the left.

Samsung ice maker makes too much ice
Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: either an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not piling high enough to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

Water leaks in a Samsung refrigerator
Many times when you see a pool of water (or one that froze into a sheet of ice), it can often be attributed to condensation or a spill you didn't notice. Unfortunately did not buy the extended warranty. there is a 5years warranty for cooling related systems included but to get it diagnosed had to pay $140 for analysis and luckely it turned out to be covered under warranty for repairs by Samsung. I would buy this and will not suggest skipping the extended warranty. Happy Cooling.
