The freezer is 10 below zero and Best buy wont fix it

This fridge is so elegant looking. I purchased stainless steel and the inside looks so clean and bright. My only complaint is it obviously a smaller fridge, however the inside cannot fit taller items. We could remove one of the shelves but that would make us lacke even more space. For example, I cannot fit a bottle of tea or a glass with straw on any of the shelves. I have to put any type of drink that I have on the door shelves. Overall, I would recommend this fridge but just keep in mind that it does not have tons of space.

I really like my new refrigerator. It is simple and old school. I like the deli drawer and since I have a water cooler already I liked the option of having an ice maker without a water dispenser

Excellent features, value, volume, lighting, finish, modes, options, energy savings, and level of quiet. Sure, there are a few noises after every so many hours, but nothing loud. It automatically defrosts. The LED lighting is ample without flooding a dark kitchen. It’s old-schoolish style (not a side-by-side) is one of the most practical features and advantages. First, the usable storage volume is very impressive. Second, it’s easy to reach what you need—much easier than other configurations. Third, by not being one of those other (more popular) configurations, visitors are less tempted to play with the doors or to invite themselves to what’s inside. There are plenty of modern features, and it does well with maintaining food when power goes off for hours.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator! I wanted a top freezer with an ice maker and I am very pleased with my purchase. Its sleek look, internal space, and for the cost... Very happy!

Looks great - woks perfectly Ice maker is running well. Changing door opening side was very difficult - I would recommend paying the $50 to have Best Buy do it !

I like the quietness and led lighting. I don't need the crisper drawers. So, I use the bottom for another shelf.

Great size for limited dimension and 0 issues. Definitely recommend getting geek squad.

One star for each year it lasted. It worked well. One design defect is the inability to remove the bottom glass from the frame for cleaning. But after 3 1/2 years - two maintenance calls, fees to come out - it is no longer working. I have had other brands that lasted 3x as long. would never purchase a Samsung refrigerator again. Repair service is even worse than the lack of response from Samsung. I would 2.5 stars if I could - not quite a 3, but not a 2. I have spent as much in repairs as I did the original cost of refrigerator as I kept being promised a resolution. Needless to say - after they sucked me dry, I am still stuck buying a new fridge.

The freezer space is spacious and I like that the frige has a slide and reach pantry compartment. You can also adjust the height of the shelving.

Prefect....everything in place. Delivery was timely with no breakage. Delivery guys were very courteous and knowledgeable.

The finish is easy to keep clean, and doesn't marr or scratch easily like many SS appliances. Fridge is quiet, well lit, and has great features! Two cons I have found, the range of motion for the door is only around 120 degrees, and the 'butter tray' lid does not stay open on its own, you have to hold it. Not big issues, but worth noting.

This is the coldest refrigerator I have ever had, other than my deep freeze.

I dont know if my freezer is on or off my items in the freezer are melted how can i tell if my freezer is on what do i do too fix this problem

So far it's good. No problems or issues. Hopefully it will last.

I've had it installed for about a week now. Easy to install by yourself, so you might want to save the $100+ installation (you will need help unloading and moving in). Once set up, it wasn't until the next morning that I finally saw ice in the bin, so be patient. Be aware that this is a slightly smaller than normal fridge, so 3 liter bottles will have to lay on their side, or you need to remove the lower shelf. Also, the shelf heights are fixed and not adjustable. If you don't need a full size fridge, this is a good choice.

Hasn’t even lasted 7 years before the fridge section started leaking water from the light in the fridge part. Was told to just use it until it fails and get a new fridge because the cost of repairs would be too much

Affordable and looks good. They had it in stock, too!
