    The worst appliance I have ever owned. It broke in less that 2 years, Samsung had a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, and wouldn't honor their 10yr condenser committment stamped on the fridge, and told me it would be $200 minimum labor + parts to fix. I now have to buy a completely new refridgerator...And never buy a Samsung refridgerator again. (Regardless of how cool they look)

    No longer working in less than 15 days.

    Not impressed. Have had the refrigerator for 2.5 weeks and already dealing with the return process with Samsung. Smelled wires burning and had a temp of 120 degrees on outside of door! Thankful it was discovered before we left for a few days. Hoping replacement goes smoothly and quickly! Love the frig. Great storage, looks clean, just doesn’t work properly We bought 2 matching refrigerators so thankfully I still have the use of one. Just a huge inconvenience after waiting so long to get them installed. Will say Best Buy bent over backwards on storing them for us until our house was ready for install. Just disappointed one didn’t last longer without major issues.

    Keep shopping !

    This refrigerator worked for a about 6 months. We started having cooling problems . 4 service calls later it is still not working properly. They have replaced major parts and still not working. I am waiting on my 5th service call. I have thrown away over $ 150 plus in food. I dont recommend buying this !

    Was able to fit down narrow doorway to basement. Huge capacity versus other options in this dimension range. Happy with purchase!

    Designed to be an extra fridge for the garage unfortunately we bought it as our primary kitchen fridge. Freezer extra large which means the fridge does not have as much space as usual. Struggling to stay under 40 degrees on hot days. Hard to store tall items like bottles or milk.

    Does not cool!

    Stopped cooling after 18 months. Through geek squad, repair guy came out. Took one week. Stopped working again after 10 days. I have to wait another week for repair to come out again. Very disappointed in this product. Best buy or Samsung should replace!

    defective series

    I have just bought this refrigerator. The major problem, that the unit as it was set up is leaning back more than two inches. Repair called, and the friendly technician was unable to set it close to vertical. In the Madison West side store there is already a returned item of the same kind, and it has the same problem. Leaning back even at the lowest settings of the front legs. Mine will join that tomorrow. Stay away from it. Interestingly the steel finished floor model looks correct, vertical, so I assume a problem with the white batch in manufacturing. Minor point: the inside light are way to to the from, so it does not illuminate the back of the refrigerator. Also, the light has a significant delay turning on compared to the old GE fridge's mechanical switch. The installation crew broke one of the hole covers, but concealed it.
