I bought this fridge in September of 2020. It is only 2 years and a few months old and the appliance repair man just told me to start shopping for a new. I noticed it had not been sealing as well a couple months ago and I kept trying to troubleshoot it, then this week the entire bottom bracket that connects the door fell off and the door came off. I had to duct tape the door up while I waited for repairs. Had to pay for an appliance repair guy to come swap the doors to other side which he said was a temporary fix before it does the same thing on that side as well!

IF YOU NEED TO SWITCH YOUR DOORS....

Use this YouTube link https://youtu.be/fSrIbztHZHc or just search for "How to reverse doors on Samsung fridge." The manual did not make sense, weren't in order, and wanted you to do things that weren't needed. I would've saved an hour or more of my time if I didn't look at those instructions. Other than that, it works. I purchased the white version as it is about $200 less than the stainless steel or black. It's replacing my broken freezer-less fridge and the flex zone allows you to use the freezer as a fridge! It runs very quietly. The shelves don't have a lot of wiggle room for adjustments, so tall items will need to go in their nice fat door shelves. I think the slide and reach pantry is pretty useless so I removed it for more height space. It's low and not easily viewable (and I'm a short person). Best Buy delivered the fridge 2 days from purchase and was quick and easy.

I could not fit a 2 liter in the fridge without removing one of the shelves and the cheese drawer is sharp on the edge and will just about cut you anything you reach into the back of the fridge and come into contact with it. I live alone and every other month I have too empty out the ice container because it spits out shards that make there way to the bottom and become a solid chunk of ice
