It's perfect for rental units. We have used other brands and had many fail after 2-3 years, without a repair option. This has a 10 year compressor warranty which is nice since that's typically what goes out on fridges.

I plan to buy more appliances from Best Buy but I got to tell you, your delivery service sucks big time, it makes me hesitant about purchasing in the future . I plan to do some comparisons shopping because of it.
