That said, I'm unclear - even after reading the manual - why there is ice forming inside the freezer. So, if someone could give me some guidance on the settings, I'd appreciate it. Other than that, I so far love my Samsung refrigerator.

It has a large freezer area. It has plenty of space in the door shelves. I like the pull out shelf that gives me lots of room to store flat dishes. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a new refrigerator.

The design would've worked better with the freezer on bottom and fridge on top as you have to get down low to get anything out of the fridge. I also wish the top was a bit flatter so I could store stuff on it. Instead, it has this big electrical panel on it.
