Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of things I like about this fridge that was delivered on July 2, 2019...too many to mention but the one thing I HATE about it is that both the upper and lower doors STOP closing about half way. By then, I have to walk back across the room and push the door closed. The installer tells me that this is normal but Samsung tells me this is NOT normal. Who do I believe?

However, freezers were on a nationwide backorder, making it an unrealistic option. After a series of “plan Bs,” we ended up with this Samsung refrigerator/freezer combo and are THRILLED that things turned out the way they did. We are so very happy with this purchase...its size, features, quality, quietness, etc. We looked at a number of brands, price ranges, etc. and feel that the Lord worked this all out for us as a blessing because it wasn’t the path we were originally going down but has exceeded our expectations.
