Need help with Ice Maker

I did call and made an appt but need to cancel. I did call to reschedule and the CS rep after 40 minutes on the call said his computer locked up and told me he was going to call me back. HE NEVER DID

It's a little smaller than I am use to, but it fits the bill. It comes with a ice maker already installed. I couldn't be happier. One drawback, it only comes in white. Thank you Best Buy.

We like the dual use of the freezer flex to extra refrigerator use. Service at store was great, checked for a lower price at other stores and met it. Delivery men were efficient, pleasant and careful.

It’s a good fridge with a couple of things to be aware of. The shelves in the fridge are a bit strange. The heights of them are not normal for fridges in my experience. Can lead to some taller things just not fitting. Required some small adjustments in our shopping trips but nothing major. The freezer is rather small. Especially if you use the ice maker. If you have a deep freezer or something then this isn’t a big deal but if this is your only freezer be aware it is small. Everything works well though and we have not had any regrets with this purchase.

Haven’t had it even 3 years and it was leaking water out of the bottom - back coils were Frozen over. Did a whole defrost and it happened again. Poured water down the drain to see if there were any clogs. Now my food is frozen. Take the back panel put and the now all the coils are frozen again. No longer under warrantee. HORRIBLE DESIGN FLAW! Oh and Samsung customer service is horrible-kept creating repair tickets and cancelling- at one point they notified me that someone was driving 4 hours to repair? I panicked and cancelled. So disappointed and probably going to buy a new fridge because it’s gonna cost a lot to fix
