Refrigerator door fell off/Poor Best Buy service

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bottom left hinge of the refrigerator door came loose from the frame about 15 months after purchase. The Best Buy technician said that there was no way to fix the door because the threads were stripped inside the frame. It was under the Total Member warranty and is supposed to be replaced. However, it has been 30 days after the first technician came to my home, and I still do not have a new refrigerator despite numerous calls to Best Buy and a second visit by a Geek Squad technician. I am very disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy customer service.
