    Poor delivery and set up

    I am happy with the appliance but everything that was printed on the wedsite about safeguards in place for keeping my family safe were not followed by the installers.I was very disappointed that it was not a priority to keep my family safe during this pandemic, for this reason I will never shop at bestbuy again.The installers wore gloves with the fingers cut off, masks not cover their face and did not disinfect their work area like bestbuy claims is their procedure for keeping us safe. I have been a bestbuy customer for years so when my refrigerator failed and I went on bestbuys website and read how they were going to keep my family safe it put me at ease during this troubling time only to be exposed to a very deadly virus.

    The freezer stays iced up all the time, even when its left on the recommended temperature. Im not sure if the seal is broken or what? I will need to have service come out.

    Ice Buildup in Freezer

    So disappointed in this purchase! The freezer is constantly full of frost/ice buildup all over the drawers and on all of our food. Not sure what’s causing it. We’ve tried turning the temp up and down, nothing helps.

    Black Stainless Steel Peeling

    I had the product for 21 days and noticed that the enamel on the black stainless steel started to peel in the corners. Best Buy worked with me and was amazing regarding the issue however bummer because I really liked the shiny darker grey color in my kitchen.

    If you like a frosty freezer and a fridge that freezes your cottage cheese then this Samsung’s for you! Added bonus! The ice machine is manual so you get to turn it on an off depending on usage

    Freeze says it is at -6 deg. F. But was really at 44 deg. F Unplug wait a minute plug it back in works for 4 to 20 hours then says it is at -6 deg. F. But was really at greater then 44 deg. F Tried 10 times now contacting samsung

    The fridge is nice but I will never buy anything from Best Buy or their services again. Bought a water line install and no one ever showed up to install the water line.

    I've had it repaired twice.Same issue with water collecting under vege bin. Also the bins are terrible. They are not sturdy. I've had to buy 2.

    First, the good: it's SILENT. (Ours doesn't have an ice maker or water dispenser.) Seriously, every now and then I happen to hear the compressor or whatever click on, but then then there's no more sound! Also impressed with the build quality--the freezer door slides smoothly and isn't wobbly like most I looked at in the store at this price point. Now, the bad: I think they designed it without considering the height of an average American bottle of milk, which is not dissimilar to lots of other bottled beverages. Also, we have a large Brita filter pitcher which is taller than the milk by a quarter inch or so. We tried adjusting the shelves, but there are only a few adjustment levels, and in the end we had to remove one shelf entirely and put it in the basement. Still a good fridge, but someone at Samsung dropped the ball here.

    My new fridge

    I love the look of the refrigerator. I'm disappointed at the door shelving and the freezer though. I can't fit a lot of the bottles I have, and I think the ice bin could be smaller to allow more space for food.

    Horrible!! Don't buy! Leaks and puddles up weekly, freezes up on the back wall plus the ice jambs up. Its constantly spitting out ice on the floor. Dont waste your money. Samsung service sucks too!

      Greetings! Check out this link: https://bit.ly/2MAV3yO containing a video that will walk you through how to determine which noises are normal operational noises and which are not. There could be a simple fix! For example, in some cases, all you need to do is reposition your unit a couple of inches further from the wall.
