Love it’s quality. So easy to install with the Arc. Able to use our cable remote which was important as we did not want to have two remotes!

The speakers on my display were flat and hard to hear when someone was speaking and sound effect were too loud during a movie. This solved the problem!

Way to Go Best Buy!

When we watch a movie, if it's a quiet scene, we have to turn it up to hear the actors. If there is action, it is extremely loud. We often have to turn it down during the action scenes.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The new sound-bar (HV400 MODEL) is excellent for several minutes, but then the sound starts to break up (it chatters) for a few minutes. It doesn’t happen with every program, but it does happen on every channel. After the chattering voices go back to normal, it has very, very good sound. Again. I expected this sound -bar to perform properly all the time. I have asked the Geek squad to come out to repair or replace this soundbar. I will even upgrade if necessary. Overall, I have been pleased with the service I have received from the Geek Sqwad on this matter. RJH
