Mine lasted less than a year

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So apparently when you spend the money to get a nice sound bar like this, for the space it saves you at the desk you have in the barracks, they don't warn you that in less than a year it will suddenly become muffled and not function. Now, after testing its bluetooth and other connections, its clearly the soundbar and not user. Nothing is muted, all sources have been tested, its not been dropped or damaged and ive restarted everything and tried using updated software... nothing works. I have been attempting to contact samsung for support and this is about the 30 min marker for their online chat, the one that they normally connect with people in a min or so.... So TLDR; Spent about $200 for a sound bar to last less than one year and suddenly and mysteriously die, the company never responds and im considering no longer buying their products..

It’s okay when I had it connected

The link/connection to the TV is inconsistent in that it doesn’t always come on. I need to shut TV off and on for it to reconnect. This carton was dropped on the floor prior to loading into my car. Not very satisfied.

The TV sound on my samsung series 7 is better

I wasn't expecting tremendous sound quality, however; I thought it would be better than it is. For $100 I guess I can't expect much. I am using it with a mobile Kanto TV Stand for outdoor use.
