Not very convenient

Too small for a 65” tv.

The tv was much longer than the sound bar and it looked unbalanced. And it didn’t have a subwoofer. I returned it for a longer sound bar with a subwoofer.

Works fine, until it doesn’t anymore

A few days ago, all of a sudden the audio output on the soundbar stops. No rhyme or reason. Spent days troubleshooting with no resolve. After several confusing calls to Samsung. I was given a number and a ticket to call the out of warranty center. I was quoted a $80 OOW repair cost (upfront). Asked the rep if there was anything that could be done considering the unit is 18 months old; nothing. The price of the bar online is currently $99.99. Now I’m stuck with it.

Soundbar Continues to Drop "Audio" Sound

Very frustrating. Geek quad could not resolve my problems after three visits beyond the initial installation. Shouldn't my purchased maintenance cover the cost of these failed sound bars?

The echo you are hearing is probably either of two things:
1. The Soundbar is set to Surround mode. To confirm, press the SURROUND button on the Soundbar remote to change the setting.
Or
2. The TV speakers are outputting sound at the same time as the Soundbar. To fix this, set the TV’s speakers volume to minimum (0) or MUTE.
I am sorry to hear that it did not work out for you and have returned your unit.
