    Doesn't play real nice with my tv even though it's samsung. No passthrough option to continue using TV remote which is a big disappointment

    Too small for a 65” tv.

    I purchased this to go with a 65” tv but it was too small. The tv was much longer than the sound bar and it looked unbalanced. And it didn’t have a subwoofer. I returned it for a longer sound bar with a subwoofer.

    Purchased my soundbar in Feb 2019. A few days ago, all of a sudden the audio output on the soundbar stops. No rhyme or reason. Spent days troubleshooting with no resolve. After several confusing calls to Samsung. I was given a number and a ticket to call the out of warranty center. I was quoted a $80 OOW repair cost (upfront). Asked the rep if there was anything that could be done considering the unit is 18 months old; nothing. The price of the bar online is currently $99.99. Now I’m stuck with it.

    Soundbar Continues to Drop "Audio" Sound

    I have had to purchase two (2) different Samsung sound bars and neither works via "audio" setting consistently and literally stops sound all together. Very frustrating. Geek quad could not resolve my problems after three visits beyond the initial installation. Shouldn't my purchased maintenance cover the cost of these failed sound bars?

    Not happy with this sound bar. The sound bar has to be at level at level 37 just to hear the television at a normal hearing .

    Learn a lesson from this purchase. I will never again buy a used soundbar again. This did not have sound voming from it until you hit 15 and then it was muffed until you hit 50.

    I wanted to love this, but after following directions setting up could not get rid of a bothersome echo. Had to return it.

      The echo you are hearing is probably either of two things:
      1. The Soundbar is set to Surround mode. To confirm, press the SURROUND button on the Soundbar remote to change the setting.

      Or

      2. The TV speakers are outputting sound at the same time as the Soundbar. To fix this, set the TV’s speakers volume to minimum (0) or MUTE.
