Set this up with a new Samsung tv & it basically did it itself. You have to download the app. It detects and connects pretty easily. Also after set up I only have to use one remote for both. I also like that I can add the back speakers in the future.

Easy set up and operation. Very basic. It does help project sound into a large living room, but does not self- adjust to have a consistent volume-especially when a channel changes from a national show to a local commercial. It is very annoying to have to jump for the mute button during commercials.

Samsung has always impressed me with quality product & this is no exception. Simple directions to follow & installation is a snap ... just one connection & plug it in! Set up with tv automatically! Perfect for my needs & price was reasonable.

I have a cd/dvd-am/fm-stereo with surround sound and separate bass. When the bass comes up it is a tremendous sound. Unfortunately, with this new unit the sound is not as terrific but it is a good unit. You get what you pay for!

For the price this thing really pumps! Upgraded from an off brand and have been very pleased. No, this isn’t going to shake your neighbors house, but will still give you a great sound experience in your tv room. Definitely worth the price

We had a Bose speaker for almost 8 years before it died. It cost us $350 originally and I looked at the new Bose and was not impressed. I saw this Samsung speaker and thought I would try it out. For the money it’s a great unit.

I gave this to my folks and they loved it as it has helped them hear their shows, games, etc., much more and without turning up the volume so loud you go deaf. Yeah, I'd recommend this particular Samsung sound bar system to anyone.

This soundbar was purchased to go with our new Samsung TV. Very pleased with it. It makes watching movies so much more pleasurable. It was very easy to setup. I did myself and I am a woman.

Love it! Sound is great and the sub woofer is great as well. But I have a question every morning around 5:00 am it comes on not sure why. I make sure everything is turned off. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it.

we purchased this with new tv the only problem was when we set the bar infront of the tv it covered up the on off sensor for tv. would also like to know how to get the sound to work with the cable box so ething works with 1 remote instead of 3 different ones

Honestly this set up is so easy all you have to do is basically turn it on. The sound quality is awesome and the best part is that you can control the subwoofer “strength” and still control bass and treble.

All new TV's need a sound bar. The sound bar enhances the sound so that you get the type of sound in your home that you get in a movie theatre. This sound bar was very easy to setup and it was on sale.

Purchased this sound bar during Black Friday and so far have been very impressed. Never had a sound bar and doubted the difference it would make, but the difference is night and day. I am no audiophile by any means but this definitely suits my needs. I paired this with a 58in Roku tv in our 10x20 apartment living room and it fills it well. Definitely would recommend

I have used it for 3 years now and it is still in very good quality. The sound quality will change dramatically compare to TV alone. Highly recommended!

I purchased this to use with my Samsung 55” M-series tv. It was very easy to set up and attach (I used the optical cable). After initial setup, I could control it with the Samsung tv remote. I purchased the soundbar hoping to get better sound (and louder) from my tv. Not really the case, though it did provide more bass response. That’s not really my thing. It was also annoying that instead of the tv volume controlling the soundbar, I had to point the remote directly at the soundbar. Pros: Samsung, compatible, integrated Cons: Didn’t provide the enhancement wanted. Volume controls through soundbar, not tv. While a good product, not the product I expected (or needed) it to be.

excellent product and many options at budget price... Bluetooth connectivity, hdmi port, optical audio port, aux port and comes with optical audio cable. Nice bass and surround system.

Great sound for a good price! Subwoofer automatically synced with the sound bar, which is plugged in on the other side of the room. Amazing price (mine was open box) and would recommend to a friend!

Great soundbar for bedroom. Easily connected to my Samsung TV and synced with other devices through Bluetooth. Was impressed by how much it enhanced the sound quality. Very happy with purchase.
