We bought this on impulse and I'm so glad we did. The sound quality and polished look is amazing. We had no problems setting it up and connecting it to the TV. Great product at a great price!

I purchased this product on a whim after seeing it on sale. I am no audiophile, and at the time I had been happy enough with my bargain speaker set up for television/ music and not actively in the market for an upgrade. However at the price point I figured it worth testing to see if a “better” system would actually enhance my enjoyment and listening experience. I was blown away by the sound quality, functionality, volume, and clarity. I’ve been missing out my entire life and very glad I made the switch! An exceptional value for an excellent product.

Been thinking about getting a sound bar for my t.v because every time I go to watch Netflix my t.v had to be turned up to 50 or 60 i have a newer samsung.So when I saw they had this sound bar on sell u was like sweet can't beat a have price samsung sound bar.Let me tell i was so happy with my purchase sound is amazing,super easy setup and no more t.v. speakers at 50 on netflix.My son Bluetooth his phone to it and played his music off his phone u can't go wrong with this sound bar.Hope my review helps you to make your decision on the purchase

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. The sound from the flat Screen tvs lack everything needed for good sound so I purchased this sound bar. And wow, this does the job. It set up so easy, connected right away to my Samsung tv and the internet. The sound is amazing, it picks up every little sound detail, and makes it sound like I am at the movie theater! Very happy with this purchase, my son saw it & heard it and bought one for himself too! Highly recommend!!

This was not super expensive but sounds great in our family room. Pretty easy to hook up too.

The Samsung 2.1 channel soundbar has good sound for a reasonable price. The 290W the soundbar and subwoofer provides enough oomph for action movies. The soundbar is mainly aimed for people who are looking for decent sound at a budget price. If you’re for something with bigger sound I’d suggest a soundbar or dedicated system that can decide Dolby Atmos and produce directional sound. But this soundbar sounds pretty good if you’re looking for something for a smaller room or apartment.

Bought this soundbar on cyber Monday for a great price. Have it in a large room and could not be happier. The sound quality is better than expected, and woofer is deep. Can play music from my phone via bluetooth. Adds a great deal to the TV theater experience. Comes with an optical cable to connect to the TV. Woofer syncs up with the soundbar. Very easy to get set up. Highly recommend.

Our old INSIGNIA soundbar had poor volume control, appeared to be have large jumps so was either to low or to loud - needed more segments in volume control. This SAMSUNG soundbar provides 0 to 100 volume control steps - works great. The bar itself has a small LED in the center that indicates the volume your on and what sound mode your in. Really like the added base and subwoofer - didn't realize the sound depth we were missing. We have a SAMSUNG TV. Setup was quick and easy, plugged in the powercords and connected the audio cable, turned the soundbar ON and everything connected seamlessly with no effort or actions on our part. Soundbar works seamlessly with our Spectrum remote control, we don't have to switch between accessories to have it work the soundbar, like we had to with the old soundbar. So now we actually have three remotes that work the volume control, Spectrum cable remote, the SAMSUNG TV remote and the remote that came with the soundbar. We do use the soundbar remote to change settings (other than volume) on the soundbar.

Grabbed it with the early Black Friday deal. Was prepared to spend double what I paid for this and then I came across this deal and can say I’m happy with the purchase! Not too big and puts out some serious sound. Exactly what I needed for the room I wanted to put it in! Paired seamlessly with my Samsung TV.

This is a top quality sound bar with woofer ! To let you gauge where I’m coming from, I am the owner of a Harmon Kardon sound speaker Also, anc libre the sound of thick, rich bass! It shakes my basement area , and I try not to take it over 15 when playing music! Total FANTASTIC BUY!

bought this on black friday last year. wow! the sound is amazing and easy to set up. had it blasting in under a half hour, including mounting the bar to the wall. the bass is so realistic sounding it scared my dog as he did not know it was coming from behind the bed. these are so good i bought my brother one as well

I bought this as a gift for a friend. The same day we gifted it to them they opened it and hooked it up to their TV. It was an easy setup and took a few minutes. The sound that this soundbar/subwoofer combo produced really exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this to anyone who is shopping around for a soundbar.

This system may not compete with Bose or Sonos but for the money, it does an excellent job for a small room. Super easy to set up and if you have a Samsung TV, the remote will work with the sound system. I use a much nicer system in my media room, but in my den, it works great.

Another solid product from Samsung. The sound quality is good and you can change the sound modes to fit what you need for whatever room you’re in. The mounting brackets were easy to install and hooks up flawlessly with other Samsung products. Highly recommend.

This 2019 holiday season I set out to find a great soundbar deal for both my parents and another for myself. We both ended up buying and trying various brands and price ranges in the store and at home. Long story short, after some surprising disappointments and issues with some well known brands that normally sell for much more than our budget, I ended up almost falling into the Samsung M435 setup. I honestly had to return 3 purchases from various stores in two weeks due to poor performance or issues of other brands. I wasn't expecting audiophile sound, but do appreciate sound quality and depth of soundstage. I only tried this Samsung due to its crazy low sale price, and I'm so glad I gave it a try! It was a bit of a gamble as there wasn't much info or reviews on it compared to many others, but I figured why not. It has 4 speakers in bar compared to the usual 2 in its price range, was rear speaker expandable at additional cost, offered a digital setting display instead of single mysterious indicator lights of others, Dolby and DTS surround modes (even if only 2.0), HDMI Arc, and 1 additional HDMI for dvd or game system connection! All things that are hit and miss with most all others in the same affordable price range. What won me over was the initial build quality/aesthetics upon unboxing, ease of connection, unexpected sound modes in menu that are offered on higher Samsung models (movie, music, clear voice, game, sports, standard). You can choose surround sound on or off, adjust subwoofer level from nothing to booming In 12 steps, treble and bass levels, DRC mode that levels all quiet and loud sounds equal so volume stays the same (great for late night watching), and love the remote with quick mute and subwoofer level zero click shortcuts. I was amazed at the clarity, depth, and division of sound delivery in movies and music compared to others in this range I tried. The subwoofer was equally surprising in its ability to deliver focused bass tones that are punchy and not hollow or muddy/distorted like others can be. Oh, on that note, the sub and bar are also incredibly balanced across the audio range too... meaning, once you set the sub and audio modes to your preference, the movie mode(tested to battle scenes mixed with the occasional speech in Star Wars: The Last Jedi) would be very balanced between highs/midrange/sub as the scenes change up. Hopefully this explains my 5 star rating! Use of the HDMI arc connection also utilizes auto on and off along with volume control via my LG smart tv remote for those that care about that. Summary: In my opinion, you can go wrong with this one compared to many other brands tried back to back. Of course, everyone's ears and expectations may vary, but overall, I can easily recommend this with two thumbs up... especially if you grab it on sale like I did! Thanks Samsung!

Overall, very good sound quality and was easy to set up - I use the optical input/output. I did notice that the sound is MUCH better when watching something like a movie - I watched 6 Underground and my living room was rumbling from the sound! Definitely recommend this.

Great sound for the cost. As far as 2.1 soundbars go it works great. It isn't going to offer the same sound quality as Dolby Atmos 7.1 receiver-based system but what do you expect. Easy to setup and use and offers HDMI and Optical inputs.

So far, so good. This sound bar was easy to set up and it very flexible. I've been using it with my television and I've been very happy with it. It provides good, crisp sound that enhances my tv wonderfully. It's also great as it is blue tooth enabled as well.
