I bought this on Black Friday after listening to all the similar ones on display. The price was great after savings! I was disappointed because the subwoofer was weak, and the sound itself sounded hollow and was terrible compared to my older, equivalent Vizio sound bar.

Like the sound that surrounds the room while watching TV

Replaced a Samsung soundbar with this model hoping for an upgrade...this one I have to put volume up to 17 to get same volume level as older model was at 9-10. Not happy..but not returning

Don't really think the sound Quality is fully rounded. Can definitely hear a loss of mid range frequency. The unit does an ok job but the pricing in ouch for the quality..

Although I think this is a good product as a first soundbar, I expected it to be a more robust sound. The subwoofer is OK but nothing more. I may exchange it for something better.

Was expecting a much better performance with the Samsung Sound bar. If you are looking for a surround sound effect, then you will be disappointed.

Is a good system if you have a small device to connect, but we want for our leaving room tv, and the tv is definitely lauder

This system is not very good it constantly has to be put in sink with my TV volume or there is a echo! I do not like it at all now I know why it was so cheap

I'm positive the sound bar will be perfect. I bought it as a gift for my mom so we haven't opened it yet. However, getting this item was horrific. I ordered it in November with plenty of time to receive for the holiday. I received a confirmation email and a shipping email. However, every time I would check to track it, it only gave minimal information. So I called customer service only to find out it never left their warehouse. The customer service woman who helped me was very polite and felt sorry but she ultimately could not help me. It was saying I would receive Dec. 24 or Dec. 26. I was told that you couldn't send it express so I would receive in time for holiday. Then I tried to switch it to pick up at a store. Found one in Bridgewater which is out of my way but I was willing to travel to have in time. Then was told she couldn't switch it. Basically, your fault became my problem and I don't think that's right. You need to train your employees better and have better customer service for when these issues arise. Telling someone there is nothing that can be done is ridiculous. Also, I don't think you should mail items in the box showing what it is. Wrap it in brown paper or something to hide the contents. With people stealing boxes off porches, it makes it that more tempting when you see an expensive item. In the end, somehow the item was shipped earlier and I received with plenty of time to wrap it and get it under the tree. Alls well that ends well.

The product is working good but every time turned of the TV it does not automatically active when TV is back on.

Returned product, to much feedback in a small room. Install instruction were vague and not clear for the different applications.
