Decided to give this soundbar a shot since it was at a great sale price..... Well, the units did not connect automatically when I plugged them in. I’m a tech savvy person so this wasn’t anything I wasn’t familiar with. I tried numerous times to manually connect the unit and it was a no go. I also called Samsung for support and they weren’t able to help me much since this model is manufactured in Canada... When I provided them the model # it was not in their system as a product they can offer full support with.... This was very misleading to make customers think they are getting a good price when in reality it’s because it’s an foreign item

Disappointing. No sound separation or definition. Should have spent more money. Ok to give as an obligation gift to your worthless brother in law but that’s about the best I have to say for it

I bought this for a Christmas gift and unfortunately it didn't live up to the brand. I ended returning it for a different brand. I would suggest going into the store to make this purchase.

But this product is only better than if you have no speakers at all. This was supposed to replace my TV built in speakers because the TV speaker was on the back and the sound get distorted and unclear. I thought any old sound bar facing the front would be better. Wrong! this thing play louder sounds, but horrible in clarity. Can't even hear a word clearly. It still sit underneath my TV, but never get turn on. The horrible TV speakers is better then this thing.

The soundbar was ok but the subwoofer was nonexistent. I don't know if I got a bad unit but I returned it and got an LG soundbar system. I'm much happier.

My tv speakers were louder than the sound bar. Don't recommend.

For being 290W it's not loud at all. Very disappointed

Was missing the remote subwoofer had a chip in it and was scratched up do not buy open box even if it says excellent open box!!!

Please do not buy open box. If you do, make sure you have all the items. I bought this soundbar and the remote was missing and the optical cord. I drove to Tustin Ca. for this soundbar and didn’t receive everything. Also, there was a small dent on the subwoofer, nowhere in the discretion did it say the remote and optical cable was not included, it also never said there was a dent.

Soundbar does not work well with the amazon Fire TV. Must use the soundbar remote and is a pain to set up.

Would not recommend due to the sound quality Television speaker sound better I return after two weeks

I bought this for the selling point of 290W. Returned it because my TV speakers were just as loud.

I was very disappointed to realize that my internal tv speakers sounded better than the sound bar. Of course the sub woofer added much more substantial bass but the sound bar itself had a very “boxy”, slightly fuzzy sound and seemed no where near 290W. Might have got a defective unit-I was told this was a “holiday “ special so buyer beware.

It worked ok. But I honestly just cant justify the cost for performance of this.

My original sound bar went out and I figured this was a capable replacement..

I was expecting more no goog, not effective nonnnnnnnn. Nnnmnn

very weak system. Would not recommend unless very small room.

The system stops working for no reason. I am returning it.

Its nice to have for small rooms not for big rooms

Took me 5 minutes to set up using my 75 inch Samsung TV. The sound quality is amazing. The first thing I did was connect the optical digital audio to the bar and TV, then I set the preferences in the TV and I set the preferences using the remote control that came with the package. I purchased this on a black Friday deal for $139.99. For this price you cannot beat the deal and the sound.
