Bought as an open box item subwoofer didnt work & they refused to take it back despite the falae advertisement of it being in excellent condition

I am sure that the product will work great. However due to miss ships it is over three weeks now and I still haven't had it installed by BB.

The absolute worse product ever I wanted to return but due to covid —19 and quarantine couldn’t I really want a refund

Stopped working after 1 month. And of course, it is no longer returnable. Very unhappy.

Need this to be resolved as soon as possible Geek Squad has attempted two installations and four serivce calls

This is a Low quality equipment and I don’t recommend to anyone to buy it

I purchased this soundbar because the sound volume on my Samsung 55" QLED television was a disappointment. I hooked up this soundbar using the optical cable and I was amazed at how simple it was to hook up. Talk about plug and play. The soundbar changed and set all of the options on the TV automatically and and was playing sound immediately. My Samsung TV remote controls the soundbar and does everything except turn the soundbar off. The only thing that some people may have an objection with might be the sub-woofer. It does not have as much Bass as the sub-woofer on my computer, but I am pleased with it's performance on my television.

It's a great sound bar and subwoofer for the price you can't find it anywhere else. Setup was super simple and I would not hesitate to buy another one if I needed to.

I started out with the LG soundbar because I found it on an open box special but quickly found it to be somewhat lacking with clarity and sound. The Samsung makes up for everything the LG lacked. It has a fantastic high end as well as a FLOOR SHAKING low end from the sub, and it just sounds "professional". Great balanced remote, easy set up, and everything from the box was really well designed-in-box (moreso than the LG). I am very super picky and I can't find a single thing wrong with this system. It's simply the best money can buy right now. Get it while it's on special, it's a total steal. Don't settle for the LG or Sony.

Was looking a sound bar to go with my Samsung TV and was on sale for Black Friday. Easy to set up and the sound quality is pretty good in my master bedroom. Sound bar ideal for a bedroom not a living room or big area.

We love this sound bar! We bought a different brand before this and it was too hard to set up so we got this instead and had it set up in just a few minutes!

Got this soundbar on the black friday deal for $139.99 instead of $279.00. Absolute steal and since it's bluetooth, it makes the experience that much simpler and less wires.
