Sounds decent but has an issue

This is bothersome so I will need to return this device. Not sure if it’s a bad unit or a recurring issue.

After I got divorced, I get this system for my bedroom and WOW is all I can say. Have a larger master suite so I’m like watching tv about 14 feet to the wall laying on my bed enjoying a great action flick. System really has great sub woofer. I put that under my bed and I feel every explosion. Definitely a great but

Great sound system on a budget

My tv is wall mounted about 15 feet away from my couch with the speaker resting just below it. I only need about 20% volume to listen at normal levels for movies and tv shows with clear sound. Bluetooth music during parties is also better than average. Optical cord hookup to my Samsung tv provides easy installation with no need for extra controllers dueing normal operation.
