I had the geek squad come out and set it up and from time to time it would lose connectivity. After about seven months it totally lost connectivity and could not be reconnected. I have contacted Samsung support which basically give you the runaround. So far the sound bar has been sent in for repair twice and now that it's been returned I called them again because it would not connect and they've asked to have it sent in third time. I've spent hours on the phone with support to no avail and have asked to have someone sent to my home to try to correct this problem. I really don't feel I should have to pay geek squad to come back out again since it's only been hooked up for about eight months. Probably will be the last Samsung product for me.
