For the full amount its not what I would expect from this sound bar. Not really loud enough. And its best if you use it on a bedroom not on the living room.

It pairs up just fine but the sound is just not as good as my Sony. Thinking about other options down the road.

I was very disappointed that the sales associate would sell me the item that would fit under the TV.

Has okay sound

When I opened the box, it was full of scratches and even the paints on the edges were already gone!. Also the remotes were missing . I took it to my nearby store for return and they said, they cannot accept the item with out remote. Then I contacted the customer service and they send me the UPS shipping label. I had to carry the big box 2 times for return. It took 3 weeks to get my return amount.

I tried the reset / repairing protocol outlined in the online manual and support documents to no avail. I was never able to get the subwoofer to power on or pair with the sound bar and I will be returning it tomorrow. The sound bar did work, but it dropped connection regularly in wireless mode, despite being directly under the tv.

Sent it back to Samsung for repairs which took forever and they sent it back with no power cords. It took them another 3 weeks to send the cords only to find out it still doesn't work properly... complete waste of money

Posted .Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with its sound quality.
A possible cause may be that the Soundbar is not placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

Soundconnect auto connects tv and allows comcast remote to control off/on/volume/channel. Rear speaker option allows better surround sound. Cons would be some programs audio out of sync with lips despite using sync feature. Also get impression price is a lot for design, as lesser priced units offer comparable quality and features.
