I've tried moving the sub around but it still sounds muffled. I've also tried sitting it on a hard surface but the same result. Since I don't use a lot of bass when I watch TV its not that bad but if someone is looking at this product hoping for a deeper cleaner bass, look for a different product. This Samsung soundbar does provide much better sound than my stock TV speakers. It does make watching the TV better. Particularly in shows with low voices, whispers or cluttered scenes with lots of sound, it is much easier to pick up on dialog. I have not used my soundbar's bluetooth connectivity to an iPad or iPhone for music.

This is a small sound bar that has great sound. Hooked it up with the samsung wireless speaker option because my tv is also samsung. No problems, easy to use, and can't get over the nice sound that comes from it.

This sound system works great for us. We live in a condo and sometimes we forget, there are other people living around us (oops). It looks great in front of our tv and again the sound quality is great!

My brother uses this for his setup and boy can you hear the bass from movies and songs from down stairs. Audio is clear and the bass is great as well, it's a great buy for sure.

All you need for the average home entertainment system.Full rich base and excellent sound adjustment.If you like it loud I'm sure your neighbors will hear it.Also got an excellent deal on this item.

This has great sound for the price. I use it in my workshop/man cave and it sounds great. My only gripe would be that I wish it had a little more bass. It does the job though and works great for my tv and PS3 setup.

Te speakers give great sound. Only thing I can recommend is to give better instructions for the layman like myself. Not so much in hooking up the speakers to the TV but to set the speakers up.

as if we are inside the movie house because of the sound effect of this sound bar!!!! Totally different from the normal speaker of the tv!!! This sound bar gives super extra nice sound

My Dad (90 years old) needed better sound that the TV could produce so, we tried this soundbar. It was easy to setup and integrated directly with the TCL Series 6 TV we bought recently.

Works as expected and we paired it with the suggested wireless rear speaker kit (SWA-8500S). User friendly and easy setup. The sound isn’t as good as a super expensive system but for the price it’s great.

Totally love my sound bar. Feels like I’m in a movie theater. The bass on it is incredible during an action movie and it makes watching a movie much more enjoyable

So far we are happy with this sound bar, it has good quality sound. My only complaint is that randomly it losses connection with our TV, but usually only for a short period of time and then reconnects.

Sounds Great when watching Movies or just Regular tv!! Plus it's not real bulky like some soundbars.

Great sound system. It was very easy set up to connect to all my devices, even my phone. The wall mount hardware comes with it so I got to return the hardware I purchased separately.

Product is awesome, sound is great for the price I paid and you get another speaker to go with the sound bar. Bought this Black Friday for about 180 and did not regret my purchase.

We love our sound bar paired with the surround sound speaker system. Setup and pairing to the tv and to the separately purchased surround sound speakers was incredibly easy and quick.

I brought this for my dad on father's day, he's retired and loves it. Turned his TV room into a "theater" as he put it. He's still very pleased with it!
