Thank you for your review of the Samsung Audio Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the bass sound quality.
Please know that the HW-M450 has a dedicated Subwoofer level control on your remote.
The button is labeled “WOOFER”, and is located to the right of the Volume button.
Push the button up or down to adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12, or -6 to +6.
Pressing the button will revert the subwoofer volume to level 0.

It is good for the cost, but there are plenty other (more expensive) sound bars that would have higher quality sound. We do really like this sound bar and feel that the quality is on par with the price.
