Unfortunately the subwoofer never has worked will not sync with the sound bar, the sound bar has sound but not as powerful as I wanted, would be better if the subwoofer worked.

You get what you pay for. Sound quality was not great even when paired with the optional rear surround speakers. Lack of a center channel speaker really hurts this set up. Went back to my original wired 5.1 surround sound system.

Easy to set up and use. This was my first soundbar, so no basis of comparison, but I expected it to really make the sound more like coming from a stereo speaker, but it seems like it is just a larger and slightly better TV speaker.

Fair sound quality but a necessity for flat screen TVs which seem to have tinny sound. Ok for the price. Does not turn on automatically when I turn on Samsung TV with HTMI ARC connection but does turn off when the TV is turned off.

It's a nice simple to use combo piece. Like the digital display in the center of the bar speaker that comes on & off when adjusting the volume. The sub lacks the power for any heavy movie watcher looking for theatrical low end.

If you are looking to minimize wires at the least amount of cost then this is okay, but if you want true surround sound with actual “hear the action” effects you need to either spend a lot more or deal with wires...

Easy to set up but little options for sound quality. Using on LG tv and does little to enhance sound quality. Would not buy again. Might be good on another brand of tv.

This is the 2nd one I bought first one was 3 yrs ago I love it this one I have to turn up pretty loud to hear I also purchased rear speakers and it helps but. It perfect this one was 3x $ the first one !!!

It’s a decent sound board until you want the tv real loud/are watching a really quiet movie. Doesn’t seem like much of s difference between half volume and turned all the way up

The loudness is good but the bass just isn’t very beep even with the sub and bass turned all the way up. Would be great if the sound was better balanced between the sound bar and sub.

Bought the sound bar as an emergency replacement for my surround sound. It does not perform at that level, but does a better job with the tv. Sound quality is as expected no more no less

When using the HDMI ARC there is an intermittent signal loss which is very annoying. The optical connection doesn't seem to have this problem. Settings are not intuitive.

Sound is awful! I have a 3.1 Samsung sound bar in my great room and it sounds amazing! So in comparison to the 2.1 its AWFUL! Pay extra and get the 3.1 which is much better. I guarantee it!

Two issues that are "by design" according to the Samsung support Reps, which I went through two, one from the sound bar department and one from the tv department. Connected my KS8000 TV via Bluetooth to this sound bar and the only thing that would power on the sound bar is the sound bar remote or of course the manual buttons on the sound bar; not a universal remote nor the Samsung TV remote. This by design functionality that is actually listed in the manual. The sound bar has a "Bluetooth power on" setting but this only works during the 5 minute standby period the sound bar goes into before turning off. Plan on keeping your sound bar remote handy in bluetooth configuration because your going to need it every time you turn on your tv for the first time. If you want the sound bar to power on when the t.v does then connect the sound bar via an audio cable such as optical. In the audio cable configuration the sound bar WILL power on when audio is received HOWEVER for some crazy reason the Samsung TV remote will no longer control the volume of the sound bar, its crazy! The good news is that If you use a universal remote such as Comcast or Directv you are in luck, these remotes will control the volume of the soundbar in the audio cable configuration..

The soundbar for this system is good, but the subwoofer is horrible. Not nearly loud enough to get a good deep bass sound whether watching a movie or listening to music.

Sound bar is very good and easy to use. Subwoofer does not produce sufficient bass for some TV stations and the limited adjustments do not raise the bass adequately.

I do not like the fact that the sound bar does not turn on automatically with the TV. I don't think it has that great of sound. I have to turn it up pretty high to hear it.

The sound bar stopped working shortly after purchase. They did send me a new one and haven’t had issues since. Overall good product. Easy to use

My old soundbar was a lot better than this. I hooked it all up but the subwoofer is barely audible. I haven't had it on since I bought it, that's how bad it sounds.

I read some reviews before buying and it seemed like it would be a great sound bar but no sound quality wasn't the best and not enough bass coming from the subwoofer
