Sound quality wasw great for the short period the system worked. Installed one day by Geek Squad and the next day nothing. Assisted by Geed Squad to try various ways to reboot and nothing. I returned the unit.

It was worth what I paid for it, but just adequate.

Could have stronger out put. We have a very large room.

Got this sound bar a little over a month ago and am now experiencing problems with it, the actual bar periodically stops playing the sound so everything including treble is coming from the wireless sub-woofer and the light up display on the front of the bar is no longer functional, it used to show when you powered on as well as when you increase or decrease volume. Have attempted to trouble shoot the issue by unplugging the power and letting it sit for 15 minutes but light up display still is not working and the bar is still being spotty about when it transmits the audio signal it is receiving.

I started with a polk soundbar but the remote sucked, felt cheap and the bar didn’t display volume level on the face or tv so I returned it. This bar was easy to setup, sounds great, displays the volume on the sound bar screen. Works well with the Bluetooth hooked to my phone playing music also. Would buy again.

Not that great. Automatically turns on and connects to direct tv remote which connects to both tv and sound bar. I then have to get tv remote and sound at remote even when not using the sound bar

I was hoping fire sound bar to improve sound but did not receive from this sound bar. Difficult to set up. Couldn't get sub woofer to sync.

Loyal Samsung Customer. 3 Samsung TV's, 3 Samsung Cell Phones, and unfortunately 1 Samsung Sound Bar. In February Sound Bar has some OCR problem. Send back to the north pole workshop for Warranty work. 6 Months Later it starts acting up where it won't stay connected to the DNI source keeps going to BT. And now it won't power on at all. Sure still under warranty, but what a hassle to ship it back to the north pole workshop for another repair. So disappointed in this product. Would not recommend.

I bought the Samsung HW-M450 sound bar system after returning an LG model I bought at a similar price. The difference in the sounds are night and day. The Samsung sounds FAR better and has a better range of sounds. There is also a function that allows for adjusting the bass and treble levels aside from the preset EQ settings. I was able to adjust the volume, bass, and treble to levels that make both music and tv programs sound crystal clear. The 7" sub really packs a kick and is a bargain at this price range where most manufacturers give you a bass box with a speaker that is not much bigger than a midrange. The system was a breeze to set up and paired easily with my Sony phone and all other Bluetooth devices. I am VERY impressed with this purchase and I would definitely recommend this product for anyone that wants a great sounding sound bar system that doesn't want to spend a ton of money on it. I plan to buy the additional surround speakers within a week and I look forward to enjoying all this little sound system has to offer. You should definitely purchase this item. There is no comparison when it comes to other sound bars in this price range.

I did not keep the speakers. I liked the bass but the overall quality of sound was not much better than the tv speakers and not worth paying for extra speakers.

Unable to sync the sound with my new 65" TV bought at Best Buy. The picture and the sound are not in sync and the sound is ahead of the picture.

Not loud enough. Can talk on the phone at full volume. If u have a 3x3 room I would be good for that. Went back and got a "klipsch."

I have to admit I am pretty green when it comes to audio technology and installation, so I had to have a friend who is in the know and has put together a great customized surround sound at his house help me out. I did not want to have to purchase a system piece by piece and spend a bunch of money or time installing the system and running wires. I bought these speakers and the wireless rear speakers for a cheap solution to home theater needs. Setup is is pretty easy but has some important steps you can not overlook if you wish to get the most out of this sound system. I hooked the system up using the HDMI and then using the Digital Audio Output Cable. Using the HDMI (ARC) ports seemed like an easy solution however the audio would cut in and out. After trying to troubleshoot my TV Digital Audio settings and calling the manufacturer we could not find a solution. After hooking up the Soundbar through the Digital Audio Output Cable the soundbar was working just fine and pairing the rear speakers was extremely easy (Subwoofer will automatically connect). I was a bit disappointed with the sound at first but after doing some research I discovered I needed to not only adjust some of my TV Settings but also my DirectTv and XBOX settings. I made the adjustments and it doubled sounded quality. I tested out both this system and the comparable LG version and for $100 less I honestly think the Samsung model sounds better. Both the soundbar / Subwoofer kit with the Rear Speaker kit cost just above $300 and it easily sounds like a system that costs double or triple the price. For the reviewers who are having issues with balance or volume of sound, I recommend checking all settings for your devices before giving up on this setup. If you are a new buyer this system is a great value and its easy setup will make you feel like a pro. Before drilling and installing speakers on the wall place the speakers and test them out in that area first. Play around with placement, once you find the sweet spot then mount to the wall.

Disappointed in sound quality. It sounded like I was listening to the TV in a tunnel. I had it hooked up to the optical cable. I tried all settings and although it did change the sound settings, it still sounded like I was listening to it in a tunnel. I returned the system as it was not worth the money that I paid for it.

Unable to use this model so had to exchange it. The sales clerks that waited on us were very helpful and professional.

Like how it looks but the sound can be better. Sub needs to put out more as well. Overall it’s ok only.

Its an ok system. The price was fairly cheap. Dont expect anything much better than the sound from the newer tv's.
