The only difference between the sound this emits and the horrible sound of cheap speakers in a flat screen is the bass the woofer provides. Do yourself a favor and spend at least 250 or more on a regular price soundbar and woofer. I have a Samsung soundbar and woofer I paid 300 for and it is worth every penny compared to this garbage.

After 20_30 minutes your staff got it to work. Once home the system worked for about 3 weeks. Now we only have sound through the sound bar. We'll continue to try and resolve this issue but at present are unhappy.

Please check the connection between the Soundbar and other source devices, and try the following tips that may help improve the volume level.
1. If the Soundbar is connected to a TV thru HDMI, make sure to use the HDMI-ARC jack on the TV and select “External speakers” as the TV sound output.
2. Check the audio output format sent to the Soundbar. Typical options are PCM, Dolby Digital, and Bitstream. Select the option that optimizes the sound from your source.
3. Change the SOUND MODE on the Soundbar using the Soundbar’s remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE. Select the appropriate mode for the individual room acoustics.
4. Turn on Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the SOUND MODE button on the remote control while the Soundbar is in standby mode.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this during Black Friday at a good discount and it replaced an aging Bose 321 system that started to develop problems. The audio quality is excellent and the setup was very easy. We chose this model because of the greater # of inputs just in case. The sound isn't going to please an audiophile, but c'mon, you're not buying a soundbar if you're an audiophile anyway. Bass is acceptably deep and I noticed much better audio quality in spoken dialogue. We're no longer maxing out volume to hear whispers which is a nice change.

I'm not sure how to explain it but it seemed like the sound from the TV didn't match up to the soundbar. We tried to to get it to match up but were unsuccessful. The sound was very irritating and hard to understand. We own a 60 inch Samsung smart TV.

Worked terrible

It was always disconnecting, until the 4th day we had it and it never would connect. On the 4th day, we exchanged it for another soundbar and subwoofer, an LG model that was $50 less expensive and world so much better.
