Originally purchased one from Walmart but couldn’t get the rear speakers since Walmart was selling out dated products so took it back and went to Best Buy and the one I got was suppose to be better and it wasn’t

Won’t work with Tv

Salesman sold me a new Samsung TV and a new wireless sound system unit that don’t work together. Won’t buy anything there again ... stuck with a sound system

Overall decent
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this sound bar online last week from Best Buy and picked it up in store the following evening. The sound bar and subwoofer both look good and appears to be of quality construction. I was able to connect the sound bar to my TCLP607 TV using the ARC connection (required me modifying a setting in the TCL configuration). The good: I am able to adjust the volume with the TV remote due to the ARC connection. The sound seems reasonably clear up through about halfway point; I've not tried any louder. It's better than the TV speakers, for certain. The bluetooth connection works well; I was able to play music from my phone without any issues. The eh/not as good: The subwoofer, even with the gain level turned up, is barely noticeable. Playing bass-heavy music from my phone, even with different eq settings 9on my phone), I can barely get a rounded out sound. There's still too much treble. I'm not a fan of the big display in the center of the sound bar that tells me what input or eq setting I've selected, but at least it's only lit temporarily. Overall I'd say the sound bar is good, the integration of the subwoofer is weak. If I had to do it again, I'd probably just save some money and go without the sub woofer.

Sound quality was horrible

Unsure of speakers

Very Unhappy

Very Happy, Perfect for me

Sound is great in Clear Voice mode. Love the sound indicator number. Syncing my Sony remote to the sound bar was easy. Woofer is not overpowering to the overall sound. Overall the sound quality is just Perfect!

Great Sound Bar

I was looking at other ones like JBL and they didn't sound as good as this one and this one was a lot cheaper than those other ones. Great sound and bass and good all around sound bar. Only bad part is that the sub makes stuff fall off of my shelves in my room when listening to music loud. I mainly use it for music (Bluetooth) but it's nice with xbox and movies. Bluetooth connects with your phone very fast and easy.

Please know that the HW-M450 has a dedicated Subwoofer level control on your remote
The button is labeled “WOOFER”, and is located to the right of the Volume button.
Push the button up or down to adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12, or -6 to +6.
Pressing the button will revert the subwoofer volume to level 0.
