I do love the surround sound. I bought this to boost the sound. Sometimes I still have a hard time hearing some shows at full volume, until the commercials come on, then it blasts my eardrums. I suppose it could be the programming.

Sound is great!

I was planning on buying the cheaper one but when I got to the store and heard the difference I just couldn't justify not spending more to get this one. Great sound bar deep bass, I have actually got compliments on how good the bass sounded.

For a unit that costs under 200, it woulf be hard to find something that compares to this. Highs are crisp, lows loud and booming. Great for movies and general tv. The mids are a bit lacking @ times. For music playback its ok. This is not as good as a sonos or bose, but its a fraction of the cost

Great soundbar

It took me awhile to tweak the soundbar to get the sound I wanted. Hint if you have a samsung tv use the settings menu to adjust the soundbar. It was worth every penny. It is definitely loud enough for a big room

Excellent sound quality at a great price

Regardless of where you are in the room, sound is clear, for music, dialogue, special effects, etc. I also like the look of this model - it's compact and a bit more "streamlined" looking than others, especially in this price range.

Excellent Sound Volume and Quality!

While I was happy with the sound from the built in speakers, little did I know what I was missing. After setting up the soundbar, the clarity difference was amazing, and I'm not an audiophile. This thing is truly impressive, even at loud volumes!
