Exchanged it for this bad boy and definitely worth the upgrade!. Better vocals and bass isn't hallow sounding like 360. More natural of a sound. I don't use it for movies only for my xbox one x so can't say how movies and TV sound but games are amazing!

Great Sound Bar for the Price

The only concern I have is that, from time to time, the volume control does not respond when first powered on. Other than that, I have had no problems with the sound bar.

Good for a soundbar

The sound is good for a bar, not really comparable to multi speaker 5.1 or more surround sound system though. All around worth the price. The only negative is the display, which turns off a few seconds after the volume/mode/etc is changed. I'd rather have it always on.

The directions weren’t real clear as to how to hook it up. After finally hooking it up the volume was much lower than in the store and hardly no punch with the subwoofer.

I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with its sound quality.
Please check the connection between the Soundbar and other source devices, and try the following tips that may help improve the volume level.
1. If the Soundbar is connected to a TV thru HDMI, make sure to use the HDMI-ARC jack on the TV and select “External speakers” as the TV sound output.
2. Check the audio output format sent to the Soundbar. Typical options are PCM, Dolby Digital, and Bitstream. Select the option that optimizes the sound from your source.
3. Change the SOUND MODE on the Soundbar using the Soundbar’s remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE. Select the appropriate mode for the individual room acoustics.
4. Turn on Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the SOUND MODE button on the remote control while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
We also recommend users update the software to the latest version, so that the unit would keep up with improvements and compatibility enhancements. The software updates can be performed via the Multiroom App on your mobile device, or via manual download from Samsung.com/support

Good but inconsistent

Almost "plug and play;" connected it to the television and immediately worked with TV and Xfinity X1 remote. Sound and subwoofer are very good, however, the only drawback is the sound level is inconsistent. The volume has to be adjusted after every channel change which can be extremely annoying.
