It makes it seem like I'm at the movie theater!!!!

I've owned plenty of soundboard and sound systems and this one is up there. In terms of value this thing is amazing. Super crisp sound and plenty of bass makes watching movies amazing.

Very pleased with the improved sound from our tv. A far superior sound quality than the original speakers on our insignia. Why they would put the original speakers on the rear of the tv is a mystery to me.

You get great audio quality for the price. The subwoofer gives great base and low tones. Compared to other sounds bars at this price, you get the best sound quality.

I replaced an older Yamaha soundbar and the quality of the sound is crisp and clear. No fluctuation from voice audio to louder scenes that make you have to adjust the volume up and down during a movie

so far very happy with product. I had Geek Squad install the new Samsung soundbar to replace an LG soundbar. Tremendous difference, was never able to adjust LG to understand what was being said on video

I bought this to connect to my Sony 4K tv because the comparable one price wise sony offers doesn't connect through bluetooth and I didn't want wires. No matter what I do and have been on the phone with Geek Squad and Sony numerous times, the voices on the tv have a lag with the sound on the bar. I own the same one connected to a Samsung 4K and it works perfect. Moral of the story don't buy unless it's paired with a Samsung tv

The subwoofer (good size) volume can be separately adjusted by a lever on the remote. Had to figure out that muting is done by pressing the volume lever in. The sound is adequate, but the surround function is not going to be like a 5.1 system and the "sound modes" available are few. Need to add an equalizer somewhere. Mounting on the wall was not difficult, but power and optical cable hanging down does not look good...need to find a way to tie them behind and lead them up/down to one end perhaps. Got a good price on a open box buy with very minor scratch. As for the packaging, Tiny white Styrofoam pieces can get into grill of soundbar and are hard to get out. Styrofoam cannot be recycled and just fills up the garbage can.

I like the sound bar. I never had one before but this new Samsung tv has speakers on the back and they are those down firing speakers and they are causing an echo because they are firing down on to my entertainment center table. I wanted to have the speakers firing forward into my living room like the old tv and the only way to do that is to buy a sound bar. The only problem I have is I have not figured out how to make the soundbar retain the settings when I turn off the tv and when I turn the tv back on I have to also use the samsung remote to turn the soundbar back on and then use the soundbar remote to adjust the soundbar. Seems like this could be made to work with one remote and that being my comcast remote for xfinity.
