Samsung Soundbar does not perform as hoped

I brought this to boost the sound of my Samsung TV Also when using the Bluetooth feature (playing music from my phone), the phone has to sit directly in front of the speaker. If it's moved or is not in direct line the music cuts out. I recognize it's not top of the line, but I expected better quality out of Samsung.
