After calling best buy and tranfered by the assistant manager ; posing as the manager very cocky very quick to get me off the phone, made me hate this product even more . So after being treated and talked to slow condescending tone. I came down . There she was laughing about my situation like she was in charge of the store and confronting me as if i would stoop to her level . I dont even want to spend 2 seconds with someone so arrogant . After talkimg to the geek squad it was the remote. I will not let this go . After the Real manager discussion i will be contracting corporate then samsung
