    The soundbar worked great until suddenly one day it didn't. We suspect it has something to do with the optic cable, but we haven't returned it yet to know for sure. Disappointed.

    Good sound but I didn't feel enough bass sound

    Nice stylish unit. Had a good sound but I just didn't feel it had enough bass to it. Also, hard to connect to an older tv that does not have extra connections.

    The Bluetooth setting doesn't work if the device isn't right next to the sound bar. Moving the device cause static interruption and glitching in the music.

    The sound bar is a good addition to my TV set. However, the Bluetooth option does not seem to work consistently. I must be in a dead zone or something.

    This was open box and is missing bracket. Geek squad could not install Fully. Have to constant the shire fir missing pieces. No more open boxes.

    Disappointed in Samsung. This model has horrible blue tooth reception. Have to leave device right beside sound bar for sound not to be distorted

    The idea is great to limit the number of cords and speakers while still getting the best sound, but this definitely falls short. Where is all the bass from the subwoofer? I haven't experienced the issue with the system disconnecting from my TV. The two are always in sync, but for the size of the subwoofer, I would expect more. I've had more bass come from a computer speaker. I'm probably going to return this and go back to a wired system.

    this soundbar is okay when you use it in your bedroom but will not really work well when you use it in the living room. Bose sounds better

    Decent sound but bluetooth sucks

    Have been using this product over a week now and while playing music through bluetooth connectivity from either mobile or laptop, streaming is not consistent and output sounds like fast forwarded song. It's very irritating to hear that weird sound. This happens very intermittently, specially when the source device is more than 3-4 feet away from the sound bar. Planning to return it. Optical connection from TV works good.

    The soundbar system sounded outstanding in the store however when installed at home, the sub-woofer did not perform nearly as bold.

    I cant seem , through many attempts to get the Remote to work with the Sound Bar. Samsung even said that the one I had must be defective and sent me another. That isn't it either, so I am returning it. I have come to find out that I am not alone with this problem. I'm going to get something else that's more user friendly and better sound quality. Read reviews outside of Best Buy to see what I found out !!!
