Good sound but I didn't feel enough bass sound

Where is all the bass from the subwoofer? I haven't experienced the issue with the system disconnecting from my TV. The two are always in sync, but for the size of the subwoofer, I would expect more. I've had more bass come from a computer speaker. I'm probably going to return this and go back to a wired system.

Decent sound but bluetooth sucks

It's very irritating to hear that weird sound. This happens very intermittently, specially when the source device is more than 3-4 feet away from the sound bar. Planning to return it. Optical connection from TV works good.

Samsung even said that the one I had must be defective and sent me another. That isn't it either, so I am returning it. I have come to find out that I am not alone with this problem. I'm going to get something else that's more user friendly and better sound quality. Read reviews outside of Best Buy to see what I found out !!!
