Seems to be a manufacturing defect. I went on vacation and lost the receipt so never returned it. Everything else works great! Well haven't tried the Bluetooth connection. I just have an apple tv hooked up to it in my bedroom. Gave it 4 stars cause of the audio connection, but works great otherwise.

Pretty good if it's on sale

I got it on sale for Black Friday, so I feel good about the product for the price. For a 2.1 system, it does exactly what it claims to do. The highs are a bit tinny and the sub isn't the cleanest sound. But regardless, this is a huge improvement over tv speakers. Setup was easy and straightforward. Be sure to turn your tv volume off when using this system.

My first entertainment speaker

I asked for assistance if this or the 169$ was still worth it. Well this one has 3 tines the voltage to the subwoofer . So in the college dorm it does more than a great job. I would see it working well for a normal family room just as well. LOVE the remote and the phone app...for when I misplace the remote.

VERY EASY connection, through their bluetooth connection setup. TV buttons control the soundbar, and display on the soundbar shows sound level as you are adjusting it, then it blanks out so that you're not staring at it while watching the TV. Fits nicely under the TV, on our 25 inch high tv stand, perfect for viewing height.

I use it with a samsung tv so it pairs perfectly together, when the tv goes on/off the soundbar turns on/off. I would not recommend the back speakers for surround sound, they are not powerful.
