Run from this sound bar

I bought this because I have a Samsung TV and most of the reviews are actually quite good. I brought it home and hooked it up and it was very simple to use. However, there was one problem, there was almost no sound. I just did all the settings called customer service and still cannot get this to work. Now this may be a faulty unit, I understand that those things happen. But the sound quality was not good. In fact, the sound quality from my Roku Streambar with my Roku Subwoofer, was far superior than the sound bar with her combination. Because of this I cannot recommend this product. 290 wants? Very hard for me to believe. Also it comes with a remote that looks almost exactly like my Samsung 75 inch TV. However, the remote does not work well in combination with the TV.
