Sound started going bad a year after purchase

About a year later, the quality, specifically the bass end, disappeared. Several calls to Samsung Customer Service did not resolve the issue. The subwoofer blue light signified it was connected to the soundbar but there was no sound at all. The soundbar also sounds terrible. Even the TV speaker is better than the soundbar now. A techinician was supposed to come out yesterday, had a date/time all set but no one showed up. When I called, Samsung advised that they do not come to the home for a soundbar issue and that the rep who made the appointment was not trained properly. Now, they want me to ship it back to them so I have to find a box large enough plus get bubble wrap to protect it. When the soundbar was actually working properly, it had great sound for the price.

Worst product. Do not buy.

From the get go it was very hard to set up. Once it was set up, it actually wasn’t even that loud and is still not loud. It has glitched and malfunctioned several times and we’ve had to troubleshoot for hours trying to figure out the problem. I purchased this on November 1st and it is May 29th, and as of today it is completely broken. Literally refuses to turn on even though everything is plugged in etc. So basically what I’m saying is do not buy this when it goes on sale. Currently I believe it’s about $250. It was on sale for $100 so of course I jumped on the deal and now I’m out $107 because this is a piece of crap. Sorry Best Buy. Love your store! But maybe don’t sell this.
