Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the sound quality, easy setup, price, and bass of the 2.1-Channel Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Dolby Audio. They appreciate the great sound system, especially for watching movies, and find the setup process incredibly easy. The price is considered reasonable for the value offered. Customers also enjoy the nice bass, which is suitable for high ceilings. On the downside, customers are negative about the volume, connectivity, remote control, room size, and wall mount. Some feel that the volume is insufficient and not loud enough. Others would have preferred an HDMI connection. There are complaints about the remote control's sound mode not functioning properly. Additionally, a few customers believe the soundbar might be more suitable for smaller rooms with carpet. The lack of included wall mounting brackets is also mentioned as a drawback.

Sound's skipping
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Price is great, I got this for $129.99, but the sounds/music keeps on skipping. I tried everything to reset but it's still doing that. Not able to return cause I threw the box away.

it's ok...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BUT good luck getting it to sync perfectly with your video feed, the only thing I can really do is keep switching back 'n forth between tv speakers and these and hope it syncs, best I can do so far is a tad late or a tad too fast.

Sound quality in large open room
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very happy with the sound quality coming from this in a big room with hardwood floors. Mite sound better in a smaller room with carpet. Easy to hook up and use.

2 channels not good with rear speakers
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this just to use with a spare TV but after experiencing the Samsung Q60 5.1 channel and Q65 7.1 channel sound bars with rear speakers, these just don’t deliver they same listening experience.

Solid speaker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid experience, better than the low end Bose model I had. Big disappointment that the HDMI eARC doesn't support 4K passthrough. Samsung rep claims it does, but the documentation doesn't actually say either way.

It’s good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Th sound bar has a really good tone. The subwoofer has quite a bit to be desired. But for the price in a reck room or smaller room it’s great. I just wouldn’t make it my primary sound bar system

Can you hear me
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can someone tell me why is it that when you buy something from the store, it doesn’t sound the same at home. That’s the case for me. I don’t like the soundbar and not worth the price I paid.

Didn't play well with my LG tv
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, I had trouble getting this sound bar to work well with my 1 1/2 year old LG t.v. The day I went to return it, I found an Open Box LG (SN6Y) soundbar in the store which I happily took home.

Bass sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up yesterday & it was not what I expected not a lot of power coming from the sub the bass definitely could be better for sure . It’s loud but it’s not to my liking will be returning

Terrible connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the third Samsung sound bar I’ve purchased over the years. The first two were great. This one is absolute garbage. Bluetooth connectivity is a joke. It won’t always connect on the first try and will randomly start cutting in and out. It’s like listening to a record that skips which doesn’t go well when watching a key moment in a movie or tv show. Avoid at all costs.

Ok system
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good basic system. But using the hdmi pass thru limits your video out put. So my 4K tv can not use its full potential. Also when using hdmi it sometimes does not switch so not picture.

Not loud or is it me?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is 290 watts? Someone please let me know if you think these are not loud at all.. I bought the wireless rear speakers to go with this... I can't turn those up or control balance at all. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

Quite an acceptable product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as a gift for the Dad. He likes it, hasn't complained to me about it nor has he had me return it, so I consider it quite an acceptable product. Might get one myself

Okay soundbar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The soundbar is okay. The subwoofer has to be placed extremely close to the base unit or the signal drops out.

Poor sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over-rated product not happy with the sound. My LG sound bar is better. If it’s for a small room ot might sound better but I expected more from Samsung.

Piece of junk ; DON’T BUY
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t buy this! Sometimes the bar works fine. The sound will get really low and even if you turn it up to 100 the sound is still low. Piece of junk. The price was right, but you get what you pay for.
