Kinda unhappy

Sometimes it crackles sometimes the sound bar has a delay. I've had it for a month and used maybe 3 times . I got it on sale on black Friday so I'm glad I didn't spend full price.

slight bend throughout the sound bar

Stopped working within 2 years

Stopped working within 2 years of purchase. Unfortunately it was after the 1 year warranty, but the subwoofer stopped working and wouldn't pair.

Disappointed

Tried both wired and wireless connections, and although the solid blue light on the back of the subwoofer indicated that it was properly connected to the soundbar, no sound would come out of it. I contacted Samsung technical support for assistance, with no luck in resolving the issue. Had to ship it to Samsung for "repair". It is brand new, and should not have this issue. No indication from Samsung how long it may take.

Giving Samsung a bad name

After connecting the sound bar, I couldn't believe how little the sound bar improved the sound. Especially in my Pops' small Livingroom I was embarrassed as my Pops bluntly stated that the sound bar didn't make a difference. I returned the sound bar.

samsung soundbar

The only problem I ran into is 3 months down the road where I cant return it anymore. The wireless sub started to disconnect and reconnect like every minute or so making it really annoying and useless. If it works as it should it would be a really great product but its deemed useless when you want to enjoy a movie and the sub keeps shutting off every other minute. Nothing in the manual to troubleshoot this. Will have to contact manufacturer.

Don’t buy

I took it home hooked it up and my tv was actually louder without the sound bar. I had to keep checking the sub woofer to make sure it was on because you can’t actually tell if it is or not because it is so quite. I packed it back up and returned it within 2 hours. Anyone saying this sound bar has great sound has not used and actual good sound bar. Spend a little more money and get something better.

Look elsewhere for good sound quality

The sound quality just isn't good, particularly for dialog. I constantly have turn it up to hear people talking and then way down for sound effects and music. The subwoofer is alright but it completely overwhelms the soundbar so I usually have it as low as possible. If I hadn't missed the return window I would definitely have taken it back.

I used the toslink cable to connect it to the optical port too which was supposed to be the better connection. It got worse. For the past 6 months the sound will cut in and out. It’s very frustrating. I tried every connection type. Still cuts in and out, and laggy with the lips on the tv. Reviews suggest Samsung sound bars have reoccurring issues. DO NOT BUY
