I don't know how to adjust the bass/treble of the actual soundbar itself. I have not tried out the subwoofer which comes with. If found on sale, I'd recommend this sound set. It's does what it's supposed. to.

I didn't have problems getting the back off the remote, or setting it up

To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, or BASS BOOST.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol).

Took multiple attempts to connect via Bluetooth. Works well after connecting. But of late, it seems sound output has declined. Not sure about it though.

You know the saying you get what you pay for. That being said I would definitely recommend this product. It paired up with my smart tv without having any problems.

Hard to set up and connect to via blue tooth

Also figuring out how to get the battery door off for the remote was a challange . I consider my self handy with electronics and wireless connective items , I have more than a few . This unit was about as frustrating as it could get and I ended up returning it .
