Same day I bought it, it shut down by itself and It won’t turn on. I called best buy and they said they couldn’t exchange it. From what I know you’re supposed to have a 30 day return with receipt.

Greek Squad came by and they also could not install. Told me to take it back to BB and I did. Not instabable on my Televisions- tried two different TVs

Would also not respond to volume change from my universal remote. After spending more then two hours with Samsung tech support and not being able to resolve the problem decided to just return it.
