    I think the sound quality on this is poor. We had to turn it all the way up and still couldn’t hear it very well. Not worth the price we paid.

    I bought as "Open Box - Excellent". All the parts were there but the sound bar was DOA. Had to drive to BB to return. Fail.

    You ge what you pay for. This not the best and not the worst soundBar i have had. I would just say its a mid grade system.

      This soundbar features a powerful wireless subwoofer, as well as Bass Boost mode to instantly amplify the bass with a touch of a button. You can try manually optimizing your settings by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, or BASS BOOST.

      You can further adjust TREBLE via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol).

      There are two additional adjustments that can be made for bass and subwoofer:
      1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down

      2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics (Set the sound mode to standard)

    The itne is worth the price and works great given the specs. However if you are looking a great movie or gaming experience then this is not the product.

    I don't notice a whole lot of difference between the TV audio and the sound bar (woofer excluded obviously).

    The sound is not as loud as I thought it would be. My previous 43” tv didn’t have a sound bar and it was much louder.

      Hi there,

      I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the overall volume of the soundbar. If you don't have a surround system, you will probably want to select PCM audio on your TV. You'll get much louder volume that way, and potentially better sound quality.

      If your Digital Output Audio Format isn't set to PCM, for instance if you have a Dolby option selected, then you will likely notice decreased maximum volume. Dolby options are designed for surround systems (like 3.1.2 or 7.1), whereas PCM provides great sound quality for stereo speakers.

      On a Samsung TV this can be found at Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings. (It can also be found in the Quick Settings.)

    Lacks universality

    The product description does a great job of hiding the fact that this speaker does not connect to monitors/tv's/gaming systems that don't have an audio optical input. It does not have an HDMI input/output & the USB is only able to connect to devices like phones or laptops. This product is niche to specific devices with applicable input/outputs.

    It does its job…. If you aren’t looking for something with high quality but decent sound this is definitely a set up.
