I have to say I was severely disappointed with Samsung in using this sound bar. While I've never been a huge samsung fan as it is, they normally produce a higher quality product, however, this time around it was just a mess from moment one. The Bluetooth subwoofer constantly had issues staying connected to the sound bar. It was kind of a battle getting it to connect in the first place. Beyond that, the sound quality was really pathetic. I was trying to think of a nice way to put it and I couldn't think of any other way except to say it was pathetic even for a sound bar. I wasn't expecting much to begin with but I was expecting a little more for the price and name behind this brand. There was absolutely no bass or at least not enough for me and it seemed rather monotone to be honest. Didn't help in producing any sort of richness to the quality of the audio moreso than it just made things louder and it was lackluster at that at best. I ended up returning this and after I did a little more research, I happily now having its place. The LG 3.1 Dolby Atmos sound bar and I have to admit I was kind of shocked myself to see LG forerunner in winning this contest against Samsung. But, I'm always honest in my reviews and that's the truth. It's definitely proof that in the world of audio it does not matter what brand you buy or what the manufacturer spec sheet says. As far as quality and sound go, the only thing that matters is what's produced once you feed it power and turn it up. In this case, LG was the winner.

Between the capitivating image and quality and the all around high immersive sounds of the soundbar, it is a match made in heaven. 10/10 would get again.

I would not have expected to have the Samsung logo face the ceiling, if you others are like this then you know that I'm talking about. The remote was a little hard to figure out cuz it sees that you push the volume button down, to click on it, not tilt up and down to adjust volume. The sound overall is ok, just seems like you have to really jack up the sound to hear it. I would not buy again.
