It works very well, so far, looks good and its operation is fairly straight forward. We are happy with this purchase. I should also add that this is the second unit we got from Best Buy. The first one was found to have concealed damage. I returned it to the store a few hours after I picked it up. The return process was easy and no hassle A replacement was ordered and I picked it up 4 days later.

Samsung Microwave - Black Stainless Steel

The only knock on it is that it's not a smart appliance but overall, it is a terrific microwave.

It’s not as simple as doing the usual (my old microwave) things. There are lots of choices. Once I master the techniques I know it will be great. I just hate reading directions!
