Look no further. The Fan is amazing 400cfm, the light is bright, it is simple yet does everything.

The buttons and fan started to automatically turn on randomly when we were away from unit and also not at home. 100's of similar reports have been made on Samsung support site, as well as BestBuy.com, and I'm shocked there has not been a product recall on this unit. It progressively got worse, and now the unit is completely dead. We are forced to unplug it and be without a microwave. Poor timing with the Covid-19 health crisis too, as we can't afford to get another one. Repair will likely be super expensive too. I believe the door electronics are faulty or improperly grounded in our 2017 unit, our 1 year manufacture warranty ended, and Samsung will not stand behind their product that is only 2.5 years old and costs over $400 for a microwave! Best Buy is still selling this faulty product and hope to inform and warn others about this unit. We purchased as a set of 4 black stainless steel appliances. They look great, but terrible quality. I highly recommend against purchasing this and other Samsung appliances. We are also having problems with our ice maker freezing over and ice making shuts down!

Its ok, my previous microwave was cheaper but worked better. I don’t believe it’s worth the money. It looks nice but the grilling feature is a bust. The lighting underneath is awesome

It is an all purpose microwave can grill if the weather doesn't allow you to be out side!

REPAIRMAN WERE CONTINOUSLY CALLED. THIS MICROWAVE WOULD HAD THE NUMBER 7 THAT WOULD DISPLAY ON ITS OWN THAN BEEP EVERY MINUTE FOR AWHILE. THEY WOULD REPLACE A PART. NOTE IT DOWN. THAN IT WOULD START DOING IT AGAIN. AGAIN THEY CAME OUT REPLACED ANOTHER PART. AND RECORDED IT DOING IT BEFORE THEY REPLACED THE PART. MORE TIME PASSED STARTED DOING IT AGAIN. ANOTHER PART REPLACED. ON THE 4TH TIME A NEW REPAIR COMPANY WAS REQUESTED. THEY ORDERED A NEW MICROWAVE. IT LASTED AWHILE BUT NOW FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS NOW IT WOULD PERIODICALLY DISPLAY THE 7. I WAS SLEEPING DOWNSTAIRS AND MICROWAVE CAME ON WITHOUT BEING TURNED ON. FORTUNATELY I WOKE UP AND SMELLED SMOKE. I IMMEDIATELY HAD MICROWAVE UNPLUGGED. VERY SCARY. THE ONLY WAY TO SOLVE THIS WAS AFTER IT COOLED DOWN HUSBAND TESTED IT AND FOUND AFTER USING IT YOU HAD TO TURN IT TO ECO EVERYTIME SO MICROWAVE WOULD STAY OFF.. GOING TO CALL STORE AND NOTIFY THEM. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT WE HAVE PURCHASED THAT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. WOULD NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG THIS PARTICULAR MODEL AGAIN.

They beat microwave I’ve ever owned it’s a grill also

Works great and easy to use. Just wish they would have made the add 30sec button to work automatically. Grill option is a little weak.

Very happy with the product, beautiful and sleek product

This is pretty much the perfect microwave for my small kitchen. The fact that I can use this for all of my nuking needs as well as use it as an efficient broiler really maximizes the space of my small kitchen. This, coupled with my duo-flex oven allows me to do so much at the same time that I almost feel like I'm on a line in a nice little bistro somewhere.

Easy to clean. Gets the job done. Have not used the grill feature on it.

The Black Stainless Steel is stylish and cool looking. Love the features I've tried so far.
