I appreciate that Samsung keeps the control board pretty much the same as their older ones as one gets used to hitting the same button in the same place almost without looking.

When I called Samsung they told me I could download one. I asked them to just send me one and they told me there would be a charge for that. Come on Samsung, you're the one who screwed up by not putting the manual in the box. Terrible customer service samsung! !

The inside is starting to accumulate a smell of cooking odors already but it's only 3 weeks old. It's easy to remove the filter to wash but even every other day washing isn't helping with smells accumulating. It's okay but i expected more from a higher end microwave.

I called Best Buy and they sent someone out to fix it. That worked for about 2 weeks and now it's making a loud noise again. I'm going to have to call back again as the noise is very loud. If they can fix that then there are plenty of great features on the microwave and it heats well and also looks great.

I even microwaved a raw steak just to see if it worked, and while I love my steaks grilled, this worked well for a microwave. The vents work very well and suck up smoke quickly. Loudly. But that's to be expected.
