||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since the beginning the number 7 would beep on its own, at first I didn't mind it too much because removing the microwave and returning it only to have to re-install another seemed like too much of a hassle for just that. 2 years later, the number 3 and the number 7 beeps. 3 years later the microwave turns on ON ITS OWN. I would wonder why on earth the kitchen/dining room was so hot in the mornings, until one middle of the night I got up to get some water in the kitchen and noticed the microwave was ON and had been running for well over an hour (remember the number 7 would beep on its own displaying a 77:77 cook time). I now have to leave the door open overnight. Look for another model.

The users manual for this appliance that was packed with it is inadequate. I was told I should go on line to get a more comprensive manual. Unacceptable!

I like the fact that cooking of items doesn't cause them to taste flat and to soft. Very large cooking area. Have not tried the grill plate yet but I bet it will be just as nice as the rest of the unit.

We had it nineteen months and quote to repair was $400+. We paid $499 for it. Oh, and we couldn't fix it even if we wanted to because the part is not available. Yet, Best Buy and Costco still sell this model.
