Im not super happy yet

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, i bought a Samsung microwave and the top screw part (that holds it in place) broke and fell inside the microwave. Returned it. Got this model which is an upgrade. Go to install and realize that even Samsung to Samsung, the screws are in different points. Now I have a 3rd set of holes in my cabinet. Install this model and day 1 it's giving errors and electrical popping sounds. I quickly disconnect and go back. Not wanting to make a new set of holes I get this same model again, let's see how this one holds up....
