    This microwave is terrible. We bought it in October and by January it was not working properly. I need to buy a new one now. It wont be Samsung!

    Our microwave is nice and stylish but they charge extra for it because of the "Grilling" it can do. Well it doesnt really grill my food. I rather just cook it in the oven or on a actually grill. Its a basic microwave to me, it gets the job done but I wouldnt pay more than other regular microwaves out there.

    Microwave has a mind of its own as it beeps when nobody is near.Had service out within the first couple of weeks and it is still acting up. Didn't come with a manual making it difficult to use all of the features

    The door had to be replaced because of a manufacturing blemish on the inside coating... this happened to fix another unrelated issue... the door soft touch buttons did not work very well... had to press them repeatably for them to work, the new door is much better.

    Already broken. The microwave would stop running then start again then stop until it finally never start up again. It was a bad item.

    Very Disappointed in Samsung

    We have other Samsung products (TVs, washer/dryer, etc.), have trusted the brand, and were looking forward to using our Samsung kitchen appliances for a long time. Now, very disappointed in Samsung. The microwave has stopped getting hot, not cooking at all, and this is after only 2 years of regular use. Our Samsung fridge is starting to have problems with the ice maker leaking. The dishwasher and stove is ok so far (don't jinx it!!). Ugh.. NOT the quality we expected from Samsung. NEVER buying another Samsung product again. Appliances should last more than 5 years at least!!!

    The turntable is terrible. The glass plate that comes with it does not fit properly and there’s no way to get it to fit. There are no instructions with this and we had to google how to set the clock.

    Awful experience- Samsung products&service Bugs came out when it was being installed and unit rusted, control panel and magnetron tube failed within warranty but they would not repair or replace- all new kitchen suite and laundry suite from Samsung- something wrong with every single product!!! Doesn’t deserve even one star. New unit and parts not available- ridiculous!!! Do not buy this!!! Doesn’t deserve 1 star but system won’t submit review without at least one.

    It arrived dented, which Best Buy suggested we accept since it likely wouldn't impact operation. Two months in, the vent fan broke, and sounds like it's grinding metal every time it's in use. Best Buy says they can't help because the microwave is more than 30 days old. Upon contacting Samsung, they said the device is out of warranty. So it looks like Best Buy sold me a used or incredibly old new appliance that is now unusable.

    The first one we got broke down within a few uses...the replacement unit broke down within a few months. Popcorn key-does not work. Potato key-does not work. The door swing is unnatural. Avoid Samsung appliances all together. I was disappointed because I really loved the look of this suite of appliances.

    There is a known issue with this and other Samsung microwaves where it will randomly set itself up to cook for 7 seconds. It does it repeatedly. You can cancel it and it pops back up a while later. Samsung will send a new door to fix it, but it will happen again. No way to fix it. Returned. Will not purchase a Samsung again.

    AVOID this microwave, I usually don't write reviews but thought I would for this appliance. I expected quality when I chose Samsung, but I was certainly mistaken. This microwave died very soon after the 1 year warranty had elapsed, and I hade to replace it. Now I need to purchase another Kitchen appliance, guess which brand I will NOT buy?

    Purchased this microwave in April 2018 and in less than a year, the magnetron when out and the microwave would not heat. Called Samsung and they came out and fixed it. Four of five months later, the magnetron went out again. Now Samsung wants to charge for the repair. Cheap product, and cheap customer service. Just going to go with a different brand. Will never purchase anything Samsung again.

    I purchased this microwave and I was very disappointed with it. The new microwave out of box was making a noise. This was the 2nd microwave. I was charged to install and it had to be taken down and then I ordered the same microwave and it didn't work. Back to the store with a microwave that doesn't work an expensive one at that. Maybe I should have bought the cheap one.
